  We had a date night at the new Scottsdale location! 10/10 recommend. Antonio was our server, and we had him surprise us with picking an appetizer. He picked Ribeye Aguachile, and my husband seriously said it may be the best appetizer he’s ever had. For our entree we had Braised Beef Chianti and it was delicious. Then, the atmosphere is very romantic. Live accordion music with relevant songs! It’s pretty loud but honestly just felt like wonderful background noise. It is delicious food and just a very enjoyable time.

  I’ve enjoyed the food at the downtown location, so we were excited to try the new Scottsdale spot. Unfortunately, we never made it far enough to order. We came in last weekend for lunch and found a couple of parties already waiting at the hostess stand. We waited at least 10 minutes, but no hostess ever appeared. The party ahead of us eventually left out of frustration. Finally, the bartender came over to greet the part in front of us, asking if they had a reservation, but she explained she couldn’t help much because she was the bartender, not the hostess. While waiting, we looked around the dining room and noticed only one server handling what looked like a half‑full restaurant. At that point, it was clear they were severely understaffed, and we didn’t feel confident we’d have a good experience even if we were seated. We decided to leave. We hope they can get staffing sorted out because the food really is good, and we’d love to give this location another try.

  My husband and I had dinner at Miel de Agave for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed! We ordered the Ribeye Aguachile appetizer as our main course with a side of asparagus, along with the Chicken Green Chile Enchiladas. Both dishes were absolutely outstanding. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor, and everything was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, making for a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Grecia, was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. She made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. Between the exceptional food, beautiful ambiance, and outstanding service, this was a memorable dinner. We will definitely be returning! We highly recommend Miel de Agave to anyone looking for a fantastic meal in Scottsdale!

  First off, I still can’t confidently pronounce the restaurant’s name, but I can confidently say the food was fantastic. Antonio took great care of us from start to finish. He somehow managed to be attentive without hovering, kept the drinks full, had great recommendations, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and Antonio was a big reason we’ll be back. If you’re lucky enough to get him as your server, you’re in good hands. Still working on pronouncing the restaurant’s name… but remembering Antonio’s name was easy.”

  Miel de Agave was an absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the drinks were completely on point. I had two strawberry margaritas, the carne asada tacos, and the tres leches for dessert, and every single thing was delicious. My friend ordered the surf and turf and was just as impressed with his meal. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What really stood out was the atmosphere. The aesthetic of the restaurant paired with the music completely transported us. At times, I forgot we were sitting in Arizona in the middle of the day. The vibe was that good. It felt like a mini getaway with incredible food and drinks to match. I loved every second of our visit and will absolutely be back. If you’re looking for great food, amazing cocktails, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile, Miel de Agave is a must-visit.
