Josh the manager at this location is a class act, overheard him training a worker and was calm, collective and so nice and postive. People can learn a thing or two from him.

Please do not buy from this store. I was eating peacefully when I noticed a liquid; upon looking at it more closely, I realized that someone had spat in my food.

The food is usually correct, my only issue is the workers and sauce. I always order from the app to help make things a little easier for everyone. I pay for the sauces and yet either don’t get them or get the wrong sauces. I paid for two creamy chili sauces and idk why they are sooo stingy when I pay for it but every single time without fail, I do not receive creamy chili. It’s literally on my order. I had to ask for the creamy chili again verbally and was told she knowingly gave me the wrong sauces, I explained that it’s not what I ordered and I would appreciate my sauces that I ordered, then received one…after paying for two. I’ve ordered sauces and never received them. Yet if I forget to order sauces I get an attitude and told that I need to remember to pay for them…at this Point I’m wasting money paying for sauces yall don’t even want to give….like be serious. If I can not expect you guys to give correct sauce while I’m paying for them and put them on my order, then you can not expect people to pay for them when we forget them before getting to the last window. I’m never rude and I’m extremely understanding to the fast pace environment but it’s truly not that hard as someone who has worked that environment.

I've never understood why a simple fast food chain such as McDonalds can't get orders correct especially with all the technology you have at your disposal. Take those computer screens for example, you know, the ones with your customers orders on it? Now I get that mistakes happen here and there, but this particular location is consistently making mistakes. Whether you order at the drive thru, inside with a person or at the kiosk, they will screw up your order. @64thSt/Greenway Location.
It's funny how they can read you back your order, (drive thru or inside), and it sounds correct, but then you get your order and it's not made to order. Hmmmm. So that makes me wonder about the line cooks, can they not read basic English, (not trying to sound racists), but HONESTLY how does this keep happening? I highly recommend you check your order before leaving, and when I say check, open up the box/wrapper your sandwich is in. Don't be shy, hold up the line and do it. You'll be glad you did.
