  Zero stars if I could. I placed an order and waited over an hour and a half, only to have it cancelled — not because of any real issue, but because employees deliberately sat on it until 4AM so the menu would change and they wouldn't have to fulfill it. This wasn't a mistake. This was a conscious choice by staff to waste a customer's time rather than do their job. No apology, no accountability, no food. This place doesn't deserve your money or your time. Avoid.

  Ordered a large iced vanilla latte. I got a medium, it says very clearly on the cup that the sizes vary for the cup. There are two separate tabs detailing what size it would be and I got the wrong size. I regularly get this drink and I asked at the counter if it was a large and two separate people both told me that I was wrong.

  I used to love mc Donald’s but now it tastes like chemicals. I’m not sure if it’s me getting older and or they have changed ingredients and recipes. I just don’t like the food anymore. Not even the French fries. Tables were all clean which is a huge plus

  i wish i could give negative anything because these employees could care less about a stranger let alone a regular they don’t listen, they don’t give you anything you ask for and expect you to be happy? laugh my freaking butt off i wish i could say more this store legit needs a rerun of new people who actually care instead of people who only care about money like is it that hard to remember a few things i actually payed for?? no. instead i now for the second time get the wrong things like do better??? seriously like my god is that too much to ask for?!
