Corey was AMAZING 🤩 THE best service! Food was delicious! Try the 'Quesabirra Tasos'. We will be back many times. NO seed oils and they cook in tallow and avocado oil.

So disappointed! We have dined in this restaurant many times and this Saturday night at 4:55pm we decided to have a little meal. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the hostess who asked if we had reservations. We did not, and we were informed that there were only tables available. That was okay, however we were offered a table just the other side of the bar, which was full of Happy Hour Folks. There is an open wall between the bar and the table which we were offered. The level of noise was unbelievable, and the table sits right in the area where the staff goes in and out of the kitchen and other guests constantly walk pass to their table. It would not have made for a quiet relaxing dinner. It seems that if you don't have a reservation then tables is the only option, even though there are small booths (in the same area). Too bad, we really liked this place. Don't think we will be back.

As someone from Chicago, I have high expectations when it comes to authentic Mexican cuisine. I'm fortunate to have experienced some outstanding Mexican food, and this restaurant is absolutely on par with some of the best I've had. My wife and I ordered the birria tacos, and they exceeded our expectations. The beef was incredibly flavorful, and the consommé was rich, savory, and absolutely delicious. The complimentary chips and salsa were fresh, flavorful, and generously replenished throughout our meal. For dessert, we enjoyed the churros with vanilla ice cream, which was the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional dining experience. The restaurant was spotless, and the relaxed atmosphere made it easy to enjoy a conversation without excessive noise. The restrooms were also exceptionally clean and well maintained, reflecting the restaurant's attention to detail. Overall, we had an outstanding experience and will definitely return the next time we're in town. Highly recommended!

You will see a lot of reviews bitching about the prices.... welcome to Scottsdale, AZ!! I am not sure if these reviewers only eat fast food, but restaurant prices have skyrocketed the last few years... at EVERY restaurant. You will see a lot of the same reviewers that left bad reviews for Jalapeno Inferno down the street for the same reason... prices. Moving on... the food is good! Is it a bit bland, sure. You can thank all the midwest transplants that fear spice for that. The habanero salsa is a decent cure. I ALWAYS sit in the bar. Great TV's for sports. Comfy barstools... so comfy that they cause a couple extra margarita orders... I highly recommend the bar... simply because JETT IS THE MAN!!!! This dude can make a margarita! You wouldn't think it would be that hard to find a decent margarita in this town, but it is! They use fresh lime juice and Jett is well aware that club soda in a margarita is blasphemy. Stay thirsty my friends...

When we first walked in, we loved the attention to detail. Lit candles, beautiful fresh roses, ambiance. Salsa was 10/10. Smelled great. We had high hopes. Once we all 4 ordered, about 30min later we realized how much time had past and we still didn’t have our meals. Our nice waitress came and said she would go check bc our food was supposed to be out. She brought two entrees and as we waited to d for the other two we noticed that both entrees were cold and not hot. Once the other two entrees came, one was wrong. And by the time the other two entrees came, if the cold entrees weren’t cold; they would have been already ate by the time the other two got there because it took so long. We had her cancel everything and we would pay for our drinks. No manager on call so team lead came over and said would offer a gift card. Said gift card took another 10min. So we get up to head to the main bar to tell them Nevermind and he was just finishing to bring us our check and GC. Our total meals would have been $100+. We were offered a $30 gift card for the hour and a half of time we wasted. Also, it was Margarita Monday where the margs were $7, and beers were $4. We had one of each, totaling -$11. Our drinks we paid for came to $28. We paid it without even bringing it up bc, well- we just wanted to leave and go eat a meal somewhere else. Our “high hopes” turned into disappointed, hungry and turned off…
