    ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star I visited this location on 10/09 after placing an order through the Jimmy John’s app. For some reason, the app sent my order to a location across town, which I didn’t realize until I had already arrived. While that is a separate issue with the ordering process, what happened next was far more disappointing. I asked the employee if there was a way to cancel the order, and her direct response was, “That’s above my pay grade.” When I asked to speak with a manager for assistance, she informed me that she was the manager. To be clear, I was not asking her to personally cancel the order. I was simply asking how to resolve the issue. Instead of offering a solution or explaining the proper procedure, she dismissed the question with an unprofessional and unhelpful response. One of her employees ultimately stepped in and told me to call the other location to cancel the order. That was all the manager needed to communicate in the first place. As a manager in a customer-facing role, providing basic guidance and helping customers navigate problems is part of the responsibility. If an issue is outside her authority, explaining the appropriate next step respectfully is the bare minimum. Telling a customer that helping them is “above my pay grade” is dismissive and entirely inappropriate for someone in a leadership position. I have been a regular customer at this location for approximately three years, frequently stopping in for lunch. Unfortunately, this interaction has changed that. It’s disappointing to lose confidence in a location I’ve consistently supported, especially over an issue that could have been handled with a simple explanation and a little professionalism. Customer service is often defined by how a business handles things when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this location fell short. I won’t be returning.

    I came in 15 min before close and the guy working had glasses hat brunette about 5’9” was extremely upset, and when i ordered a toasted sub he said he can’t do that because he shut the toaster down.. like why are people mad when they have to do their job. It’s insane

    Food was so simple for 13.75 Made regret every moment of it. I coulof done a better sandwich at home first and last time trying JJ. I told them my name was Alex and they were calling for izack like ?? No thanks you not recommended

    This Jimmy John’s is AWESOME! I accidentally walked in 15 minutes before they opened and they still helped me! Not only that, I was getting my birthday sandwich but the one I wanted wasn’t the right one to qualify! They helped me get the sandwich I wanted, just having to pay a little bit over the free sandwich. Genuinely such kind and wonderful service! Thank you so much!!! ❤️
