Last week, I had an order that was prepared incorrectly, but when I came back, Bella went above and beyond to fix the mistake and reissued my order perfectly. Her customer service was incredible, and she completely turned my experience around. I am one incredibly happy customer and will always come back to this specific Jimmy John’s location because of how well I was treated. If you ever need anything, please ask for Bella, she is the best!

They were only working on their kitchen tasks. Freaky fast my butt! We left before we could even place an order, and the Flower Child next door took our order right away. I will never go to this location again.
