They worked efficiently, kept positive attitudes even during a busy time, and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. It's always refreshing to encounter employees who genuinely care about customer service, and Serenity and Abigail went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The smoothie was delicious, the store was clean, and their excellent service made the experience even better. Jamba is lucky to have team members like Serenity and Abigail. I'll definitely be coming back!

It was kinda expensive doing catering (but everything is expensive these days! lol) but when it got delivered I was thinking to myself.. "this is a small amount of smoothies for what I paid for." But then, a Jamba Juice employee immediately called me back, said that half of the order was not delivered. They offered to immediately deliver it today, which was SO nice, but I was okay with another delivery the next day. So basically it WAS a small amount for what I paid for cause it was half my order, but I love how QUICKLY this team handled this mishandling. :) That is great customer service, I didn't even realize half the order had not been delivered by the time they called me, and I love that they called me immediately to remedy it. Highly recommend this location. The smoothies were also amazing and did not melt in this AZ heat! Thank you to this spectacular team that helped me yesterday. You guys are doing amazing and deserve recognition :)
