  I rarely come to Jamba Juice unless I’m craving a smoothie. It seems like every time the staff are extremely rude. I went in for a quick smoothie yesterday morning and asked for a mango smoothie not knowing there were different kinds. The guy taking my order responded very snarky and asked “which one?” Overall he just had a very condescending tone and even started complaining to himself (about me ordering) as if I wasn’t in the same room with him. It seemed like he was upset I made him do his job. There are other staff who are rude like this and it just gives off entitled gen-z entitlement. And that says something considering I’m a genz myself. I just can’t imagine treating people this way especially when I wasn’t being rude.

  The smoothies we got were excellent! Husband got something different than what he said but he still liked it. The inside of store smelled funny and the outside of store had overflowing trashcans - gross. If it were cleaner we would have stayed to drink.

  Tried new Sah's Splash was not a fan, not recommended at all. Quite difficult to get exchange.
