  The one time I came here I walked in to a lady composing about her steak being undercooked. I didn't think anything of it but when I asked mine medium I got it rare. When my wife asked for well done she got medium rare. We sent back twice and they still couldn't get it right.

  Restored our faith in Fleming's! Last year we moved from North Central Phoenix to Peoria and started going to the Flaming's off Northern and the 101. The first time wasn't great but we went again and it was so much worse that we almost gave up on Flamings after 25 years of it being our 'go-to' steakhouse. Fast forward to today and we decided to revisit our old standby at DC Ranch and were once again Wowed by the experience. The food was outstanding and the service from Bobby and the follow-up by Christos (sp?), the manager was above and beyond. We will 100% continue to enjoy Fleming's on a semi-regular basis but will NEVER go back to the Peoria location which is a complete black sheep of the chain. We are beyond happy that DC Ranch continues to uphold the standards. of Fleming's in both food quality and service.

  I sat at the bar and ordered off the menu. First off, the bar service was awesome. The two ladies yesterday evening run a tight ship. I had Onion soup, Filet and Au gratin potatoes. The onion soup was tasty, but it was pretty salty. Filet was a generous cut, butter soft and cooked perfectly. The AuGratin potatoes unfortunately were over the top. Too much dairy that ran over the leek and jalapeños, sorry to say. Overall great service and great meal. Great job to the front end, and back kitchen!

  Love coming here for the excellent food and White glove service. Everything is so good everytime. The staff is very kind and accommodating plus their attentiveness to our modern family is so appreciated.

  Absolutely NO PARKING!! NO VALET! Why put a busy restaurant with a busy hotel?? I will continue to go to the other two Flemings in Phoenix area but not this one! Service, food, atmosphere is fine....
