- RCRaymond CaraballoMay 2, 20261.0I had a very bad experience at Einstein Bagels. I ordered two breakfast bagels, and they messed up my order not once, but twice. The second time, they even gave my order to another customer. When I finally got my food, my bagel was cold and the cheese was cold too, which made the whole breakfast disappointing. When you spend your hard-earned money, you expect decent service and hot, fresh food. This was unacceptable. The owner seriously needs to look at the staff and make major changes because this level of service is insane. I would not recommend anyone buying from this store.
