    We went there and placed a pickup order around 1 and waited until it said our order should be ready. I went up and gave our name but the girl said they didn’t have it so I showed her our order receipt. She then said their pickup system has been down and she needed to get someone else and the girl she got then said that she needed to get the manager. No manager came to speak to me but the 2nd girl came back and took my order again and told me it should only be done any minute. We had already waited about 10 minutes at this point for the original pick up time given. Which was not a big deal we were fine waiting a bit longer. Our order had not yet been called for maybe 7 more mins so I went up to the window and waited to ask the girl about it. It was not either of the other girls I had spoken to before and when I asked she again told me they did not have my order. I told her I had just spoken to someone before and she told me it would be done any moment. She eventually realized that my order was the one that had been sitting on the inside counter for who knows how long. A little bit frustrating at this point we had waited in the heat outside for probably 25 mins now. She gave me the 4 drinks then and I double checked that one of them had boba because it didn’t look like it and she said yes. I got back to the car and it indeed did not have boba so we went back up. Again it’s not the end of the world but it’s hot outside and was just a very frustrating experience. To top it all off 2 of the 4 drinks were the seasonal coffee drinks that we were excited to try and I have to assume they were just made incorrectly because they tasted like nasty watered down coffee. This is not our normal experience here so I’ll chalk it up to them being busy but very disappointing to spend our money and not receive the quality we hope for.

    Nothing special typical coffee bar, coffee is not very strong no other options like pistachio which are advertised. Got energy drink asked for lite ice they charge a $1.50 EXTRA for it.

    I can’t believe I’d say I will stop coming to this location, the quality has SIGNIFICANTLY dropped, their green tea has been over steeped resulting in a much bitter and gross looking darker tea, today Sunday 2nd 2026, my fiancé got her usual latte but this time the milk in the drink was curdled and got her sick, I’m avoiding this location since quality has been a grey area here. The drink in the photo is in the University location, as a comparison their tea is lighter and more enjoyable that the bitter mess they make at the Scottsdale location.
