Despite having hardly any cars in the drive-through and a couple people at the window, the staff always seems flustered and irritated whenever they have a customer. It’s ironic how unfriendly and unenthusiastic is the staff is at this location given the upbeat and friendly culture of the company. To Top things off the drinks do not seem to be made SOP and if you ask for more flavor, they will hand it to you in pup cup and tell you to do it yourself.

- TPTricia PJun 1, 20263.0Today I was at the Dutch Bros in North Scottsdale,not far from the WalMart. My drink was on point, my order taken and delivered with friendliness. But when I noticed, by smell, someone was smoking on the patio, I asked the staff if that was allowed. The kid kind of hemmed and hawed about it. When the Manager was requested, the Manager said to both of us, 'As long as they're not on our patio, I don't mind.' He never looked directly at me while talking. Pretty sure he knew he was wrong and that he was a smoker himself. He was more concerned about anything else but confronting someone about the rules or just telling me, a patron, that it was okay, per their rules. I don't know but what I do know, is they made me, someone who had just made a purchase from them, feel undervalued. Do better, Dutch!

We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
