- INIrish Nicole4 days ago3.0i’m literally a dunkin' trucha but this location is just okay. i always get an iced caramel craze latte or a cold brew, and when they hit, they hit. the caffeine always saves my life. but minus stars because the consistency is so chaotic. half the time my iced coffee tastes like straight water and the other half it tastes like pure syrup. also, they are always out of the best donuts by like 9 AM, which is a major jump scare when you just want a silly little sweet treat. it's cheap and it gets the job done, but it’s giving mid.

The food is good and the ordering via the Great Wolf App was simple, but the service was fantastic. On our second day eating there, our 19 month old fell out of her chair and bonked her head. Scarlett noticed us consoling our daughter and without hesitation brought her a donut, which helped her smile immediately. It completely caught us off guard. We weren’t expecting the kindness she showed and it helped reinforce that the customer experience does matter at Great Wolf. As icing on the cake(donut?), the next day we showed up to order again and she remembered our daughter and asked us how she was doing. We very much appreciated her efforts and making us feel like we weren’t just another customer. 5/5 experience. Customer service matters and Scarlet definitely embodied that. Thank you Scarlet!!!!

- MBM BRDec 12, 20231.0Not open until 6:30, Google and Great Wolf website say 6am. At about 6:10, after waiting for nearly 15min, I asked if they opened at 6am and she tells me 6:30. Why wouldn't you have said something while I was waiting there. You really thought I was gonna wait from 5:55-6:30... Horrible, I should have just left and went to a Starbucks or Bosa.
