  What ever happened to basic customer etiquette? Not happening at this location. That alone would make me want to go elsewhere for an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich.

  Hung out in the drive thru for a few minutes, had to go inside to get them to take my order.

  I waited for over 30 mins for my drink and food. The staff were running around everywhere and it seemed like no one knew what they were supposed to be doing. They said that my food was made and someone must have taken it but I was standing right by the counter and my name/food was never called. They did "remake" the food but I had to wait 15 more minutes. There were a couple other people that did online in store pick up and when they got there their food was not ready. One guy said that he waited 10 mins past from when it was supposed to be ready because his food is never on time. His drink was ready but very watered down.

  Customer service is terrible. Stay away from this location unless they get a new manager I literally just waited 20 minutes in their drive-through and they still didn’t have my order. Stay away from this location.
