I’ve been to this location 2x now and each experience was horrible. Each time the staff is rude and dismissive. The woman at the register with dark hair acts bothered while “helping” me. I always ask for kids chips with my kids build your own tacos and she has said each time that they are out even though there is a wall of chips behind her. When I insist that she ask if she can transfer some of those chips into the kids bag she walks over and talks to a man at the window and then walks back. Eventually someone actually helps me and hands me a bag of kids chips. Unfortunately each chip in the bag was stale. The food was poor quality and the service was even more so. I will not be returning to that location ever again due to the laziness and rudeness of the staff.

Some don't care about potion amounts and some do care, why not train them to give the same potion amount for everyone every time. I've seen some customers get huge potions and some very little potions. I dread going in there to get my daughters food because it's different every time but I still pay the same, its agrevating.

This is such an abismal location. This is my chicken salad, it’s not even about getting my money back but now i have no lunch. This place is disorganized and horrible. Unhelpful!

Can see why this place is rated poorly now. Don’t come in early for your burrito, won’t be ready and they’ll tell you to come back later. Clearly they don’t care or need your business.

I’m leaving this review here because the receipt survey only allows 200 characters, which isn’t nearly enough space to describe my experience. To start, the visit was decent. An employee with facial hair and tattoos greeted me somewhat curtly, but that wasn’t a problem. He began making my burrito without issue. The problems started when a young woman with lighter hair attempted to wrap my burrito. She seemed unable to do so and repeatedly flipped it back and forth from horizontal to vertical while ingredients spilled out. I had intentionally ordered a double wrap so everything would fit, but she appeared to ignore the second tortilla and continued trying to force everything into one. I’ve ordered similar burritos at this location and many other Chipotles without any issue. During this process, a significant amount of the meat fell out, and some even ended up on the floor. At the same time, the cashier, a woman with dark hair, loudly called me over to the register in a way that felt rushed and unfriendly. There was only one customer behind me, so the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. While this wasn’t a major issue by itself, the overall interaction felt curt and dismissive. After the burrito was finally wrapped, I was handed my food, but my sides were not ready. The cashier then told me to move so the customer behind me could pay. I asked where I should wait, and she told me to sit down and that they would let me know when my sides were ready. She never gave me a receipt and immediately turned her attention to the next customer, effectively ending the conversation before I could ask any follow-up questions. This was the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this at Chipotle and is extremely unusual compared to my visits elsewhere. After waiting for a few minutes, I noticed that nobody appeared to be preparing the sides I had already paid for. I went back to the counter and asked whether they had forgotten them. When I reached the front, the cashier was standing with her back to me, talking to an employee on the grill. I attempted several times to get her attention, but she ignored me. At that point, I began to wonder whether the reason she seemed so eager to move customers along was so she could return to her conversation with the grill employee. Eventually, I made eye contact with the grill worker, who pointed me out and prompted her to address me. When she finally responded, she was dismissive and insisted they were already working on my sides, despite the fact that they had not been preparing them when I checked. Regardless, after waiting roughly another five minutes, I eventually received the sides I had paid for. Overall, the issue wasn’t just the wait. It was the combination of poor communication, dismissive attitudes, lack of attention to the order, and the feeling that I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle location.
