  I usually enjoy coming to to chipotle, but my most recent visit was disappointing. The restaurant was noticeably dirty-tables weren't wiped down, the floors had debris, and the overall cleanliness just didn't feel up to standard. For a place that serves food, cleanliness should be top priority.

  I had high hopes walking in. The layout is one of the best I’ve seen, and the staffing was impressive. It felt like there was an employee for every topping, and the line moved efficiently. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in some key areas. The soda fountain was inexplicably out of both Coke Zero and Diet Coke. It didn’t bother me, but I watched customer after customer realize this only after ordering. At the very least, there should have been a sign posted beforehand. My chicken tacos were overly salty, which made them hard to enjoy. And, as seems to be the case with many locations, table cleanliness didn’t appear to be much of a priority. There’s a lot of potential here given the strong layout and staffing, but the execution just wasn’t there on this visit.

  Huge thank you to the team at Chipotle Mexican Grill—especially John, who truly went above and beyond! I come in 3-4 days a week! My grandson is absolutely obsessed with tacos, and John made the whole experience special for him. The kindness, patience, and extra care did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service like this is rare—thank you for making our day! 🌮
