  Genuinely the only chipotle that sucks. I’ve never been treated with respect by any of the employees, they don’t talk or look you in the eye. If you say a little they give you the whole ladel of sauce, I’ve been forced to go there because I work close and pick up food for my bosses. Always the worst part of my work day. I can’t believe anyone would hire these kids.

  This was so bad first I get their after ordering online and the person opens the window and after looking at me fir a while says hey. I then proceed to tell them my order and they said that since it was before the time the app said the food wasn't started even though I had placed the order as asap after waiting they gave us our bowl and quesidlla after staring at us like something is wrong. And I know I didnt pay for extra meat but there was hardly anything in either my bowl or quesidlla and that was the protein I was expecting I dont get beans and to be so scinget and rude when paying almost 40 dollars for dinner for two people. The portions are not the problem the staff was. Altemply it felt like I was inconveniencing them for having an order and I understand if they were busy but when I pulled up I could see two people standing by the window on their phones. It ashame because Chipotle is pretty good food but once something like this happens I dont think ill ever eat a Chipotle again its not worth it!!!!!

  The food here has NO seasoning! I ordered a bowl via DoorDash. The food was delivered satisfactorily to my home, but when I ate it, it was terrible. The steak, rice, tomato salsa, and guacamole had NONE of the signature Chipotle flavor to it. The guacamole was just a brown and mashed avocado. I was so upset I drove to the store and asked for a remake. An employee named Mia was helpful and understood the matter at hand. She remade my food and apologized for the lack of quality. I appreciated her efforts, so shoutout to her. I would highly recommend going to a different Chipotle, or just go to a different restaurant, instead of this location as this store is concerning.

  Unhappy with this location and its customer service. The 2 gentlemen helping me were younger and probably don’t understand how customer service is supposed to go but this will be a wake up call. I ordered a burrito at the front like I always do and was planning on using the “double protein” freebie from the app. Turns out it’s only an online thing. But the 2 gentlemen working the front tell me “oh if you place the order, we’ll just make it right here in front of you no big deal” and I said okay! Placed the order, other people started walking in so I let them go first respectfully. After they finish, I begin to walk up to start my “online order” in person with the gentleman who said he would help me and turns out it’s already being made in the back station. I explain to them my (context) as to why I would prefer it be made in front of me and they said there’s nothing that can be done about it. So they decided to just wait until it was done in the back to then hand it to me my order and say “sorry”. Knowing I did NOT prefer that and would’ve preferred it made it front of me for the sake of knowing it was fresh. I would’ve been a SUPER happy customer if that was done! Not to mention, they had fresh everything out in the front station. Couldn’t say the same for the back since I could not see my order being made.. not pleased. CONTEXT: I don’t order online from chipotle for a reason; for the sheer fact that they have 2 different food stations with 2 different sets of food. I’ve gotten sick from an online order from chipotle because the back “online order” station food didn’t get swapped out or cleaned nearly as much as the front station. Thus allowing food to sit longer and go bad or cross contaminate. **Im not a jerk and I always love the food, but this is a valid reason as to why I do not place online orders anywhere, especially chipotle.
