  On Mother’s Day, I stopped by Chipotle to pick up my daughter’s “safe food” just white rice, black beans, and chips. She has celiac disease and is very sick right now, so her ability to eat is extremely limited. The young man helping me had no idea what our family is walking through. But when I went to pay, he kindly waved me off and said something about Mother’s Day and covered the meal. I told him it was actually for my very sick daughter, but I was so caught off guard by his kindness that I didn’t even catch his name. So if you happen to remember the mom ordering only rice, beans, and chips on Mother’s Day… thank you. Your small act of kindness meant far more than you know. I walked out with tears in my eyes because in the middle of a very hard season, you made me feel seen and cared for. Thank you for employing people with hearts like his. Kindness matters, and I will never forget that moment.

  They do a good job here. Meat is cooked perfectly and not burned like some of the other locations I’ve been to lately.

  We ordered salads and the lettuce/spring mix was in terrible condition. We picked most of it out. We showed the greens to the manager but didn't offer to make another salad.

  There is an absolutely terrible spell coming from this place. It smells like they are having serious sewer issues. I asked the worker if they are having sewer issues at the moment and he says any time reports it they do nothing about it.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the best Chipotle location — and I don’t say that lightly. I actually drive all the way from the McCormick Ranch area just to come to this one, because the service here is on a completely different level.. The team doesn’t just make food — they make the experience personal. Every visit feels welcoming, genuine, and consistent. The staff remembers customers, takes pride in what they do, and you can tell they truly care about the people walking through the door. That kind of service is rare these days. The food is always fresh, portions are generous, and everything is prepared with attention and care. But what really sets this location apart is the energy — you feel valued here, not rushed or treated like just another order. This team goes beyond making burritos; they make a difference. It’s worth the drive every single time.
