  I’m extremely frustrated with the service at this location. The staff consistently give extremely small portions, and there seems to be very little communication with customers when items are unavailable. This time, I paid for three tacos, but I was only given two. No one informed me that they were out of enough tacos to complete my order, yet I was still charged for all three. On top of that, the two tacos I did receive were barely filled. I honestly don’t understand how the staff can look at an order like that and think it’s acceptable to give to a customer who paid full price. Customers should not have to pay for food they don’t receive, and if an item is unavailable, the customer should be informed before they are charged. The portions should also be consistent with what customers are paying for. This has happened multiple times at this location, and the lack of communication and quality is extremely disappointing.

  employees are incredibly rude, food is always terrible and they charged me for double chicken when they in fact gave me a single wimpy portion because they ran out of BOTH types of chicken!!! absolutely ridiculous how horribly this place is run. if i hadn’t been at work in the sun for 8 hours and gotten home before realizing they charged me wrong Id demand a refund, but unfortunately i gave these scammers cash (which was all my tips i made at work, pissing me off even more).

  The people here have some kind of attitude problem, I come here anywhere from 1-3 times a week. And every time the younger women have some kind of “I don’t want to be here” attitude. The food is always wonderful, but most of the people here are not it. There is a couple people who are great. But the majority are just mad at life while working here.

  This place used to be decent but the food was just absolutely terrible today. Paid $22 for a steak bowl with guac and could barely eat it. Meat was dry and flavorless, beans were sloppy nasty runny, veggies were gross. Rice and guac were the only edible things in there. I don’t usually ever write bad reviews but this was way over priced for a fast food meal I needed between the gym and work that I couldn’t even enjoy. I guess it’s just one more company that’s gone downhill since COVID.

  This Chipotle has a total of 4 small tables inside and about 20 tables outside. We walked in today, 8/9/2026 at 2:30 PM. Every indoor table was taken. To the incompetent manager at this location that has the seating arrangements this way: we live in Arizona and it's currently 125 degrees. Walked in and walked out and will never come to this location again as they want their customers to suffer from heat related health emergencies just to get a salad bowl. NO THANKS
