- JCJoel Cortez2 days ago1.0Ordered online. Missing an order of tacos. The food we did receive was cold and so severely under-seasoned that my wife and I couldn’t believe it was chipotle. The lettuce was brown. Pinto beans and white rice were dried out and hard to eat. The chips were so stale. The corn salsa looks and smells like it was made at least a few days ago. The guacamole was a pale brown not guac color and it didn’t have any salt or lime at all. Flavorless brown mush. There was 1 table occupied in the restaurant but the dining room was so dirty and sticky it didn’t seem like it was cleaned all day. How is this location still open?

Twice now I have picked up my order and they gave me regular chicken instead of honey chicken. I even put my name for the pickup order as "honey chicken" so they wouldn't mess up. Yet, they did. Other times the portions have been so small I had to go somewhere else after. I initially gave this chipotle a good review but since then it has been a completley different staff and a terrible experience.

That made me not want to eat but when I went to pay, I was told this location accepts only Card or Tap and that they had a sign on the door stating this. Safe to say I will not be coming back at least to this location even if it's the nearest to my home.
