The lettuce was brown. Pinto beans and white rice were dried out and hard to eat. The chips were so stale. The corn salsa looks and smells like it was made at least a few days ago. The guacamole was a pale brown not guac color and it didn’t have any salt or lime at all. Flavorless brown mush. There was 1 table occupied in the restaurant but the dining room was so dirty and sticky it didn’t seem like it was cleaned all day. How is this location still open?
