The whole team there is great at their job, especially the people who work the drive-thru. Spencer is the GOAT and always super helpful, remembers me and my girlfriends names everytime we go, together or separately.

I placed a lunch delivery order as a gesture of appreciation for my employees, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The delivery driver did not follow the provided instructions, which clearly included the suite number and a request to hand the order directly to me. Instead, the order was left unattended outside, and not even at the address provided. When I contacted the store for assistance, I did not receive any meaningful support, resolution, apology, or offer to replace the order. Additionally, the manager disconnected the call on three separate occasions, despite my remaining calm and respectful throughout the interaction. When I requested the general manager’s contact information, I was not provided with any helpful assistance. Overall, this experience reflected a lack of accountability and customer care. As a result, I incurred a loss of approximately $100 on what was intended to be a positive gesture for my team. I hope the business takes steps to improve both its delivery process and customer service moving forward.
