  I always come back to this location because the food hits every time. Gil helped me this time around and he was very easy-going and friendly. Pro-tip: bring a sweater, it’s freezing in there!

  If your skin color is white then definitely visit this place. If your skin color is anything else, avoid. Today I asked for harrissa avacado. The stuff took ingredient card and started building item. Even though so many items in card staff was dumping tiny amounts of some of the item. Didn't even bother to see what missed, it was so shocking that staff was in so rush, as if he/she was in mood why are you here leave, that forgot to give avacado in it. On reminding, he was acting smart as if he don't understand "avacado". sorry what are you saying. I was adamant that I needed avocado as this part of ingredients in it as you will take money from me anyway. After completing that building, asked him to give me a pita bread along with hummus. Staff gave it, once billing started then another lady came and informed him there is a offer that if you get a main dish quarter pita is free, as this offer is on going dont charge. Then he was pissed off. he said ok whatever you say. Surprisingly, at that time one customer came with white skin color(mentioned to give u context) and 3 i repeat 3 staffs was at counter jumped there and ready to serve, starting with all offers telling one by one. This is very disturbing situation. In 2026, every customer need to be treated same way as end of day all will give you money against food you serve. I wont come back to your store ever. You just lost a possible return customer. No doubt your place is so vacant. Its matter of time it would be closed.

  Space was clean and welcoming, staff friendly and super helpful through process. Food was fresh and delicious, felt healthy eating too. Assisted me getting the app to secure my points too! Will definitely come again and try more bowls. Anthony and the rest of the team did a great job!

  When making my first ever order at Cava I was not sure what to make with seeing how many combinations could be made when ordering ... to my luck Felipe helped guide me on making an amazing bowl for my wife, kid, and I.. we were all very impressed with the service and Felipe took the lead and made sure we all were happy with our first experience here. This location is at Scottsdale rd and Acoma

  I came in around 4 p.m. today and had a really frustrating experience with the employee who prepared my order. I asked for black lentils, but was given white rice instead, right in front of me. I asked for dressing and couldn’t get any. I was given the wrong hummus, and pickles were added even though I never asked for them. Several toppings I specifically requested were also left off. The worst part was that I asked for steak, received a tiny portion steak and was still charged full price for it. I’ve always loved cava and have had great experiences here before, so I’m not someone who normally wants to leave a one-star review. But this order was wrong in so many ways, and I left extremely disappointed especially after being charged for something I didn’t even receive.
