- RMRanisha Mcclure1 day ago1.0Uber Eats driver was perfect kid friendly it was opening the boxes!! Undercooked!!! You can see the dough and the cheese don’t even stick to the sauce. You grab a slice of meat lovers and you scooping the meats up like a bowl of soup! The cheese and meat on the plate! The wings so hard and crunchy you can see the bone overly cooked! Where is the pepperoni on these burnt cheese!! I love barros but this definitely distasteful! I called spoke with Laney. She just apologized and apologized. Then she asked the manager that he wants to speak he said no and I said well. I do want him to give me a call back because as a manager, I think you should give me some type of apology and not just shy away from the phone call. I stayed on the phone for 10 minutes. He took his call and I waited and she asked him. Do you want to take the call? He said no very unprofessional. I was very pissed off and I eat barros for lunch at least twice a week. This was my first time ordering from the one in Scottsdale to the west side of Phoenix north side of Phoenix. I have never been done wrong even for their lunch special for a slice of pizza as well done customer services is superb and went up. Blow me the video when I first got it so you guys can see me scooping the meat toppings off into my hand, and then eat the crust after it’s crazy, you couldn’t take the time to cute a medium and a large pizza $91.00 later.
