They were out of GF bread and Jeremy called me to not only apologize but did what he could to make it RIGHT. He credited my account for the sandwich and took my husbands dietary sensitive replacement order over the phone. This is the type of service that should be acknowledged and celebrated.. I would love to have such a dedicated employee working in one of my stores it was just the model of great service
