This is not my favorite Barro’s location. Every time I come here, the lettuce in the salad has rotten prices in it. This time was only a few. On another visit, I couldn’t even believe they served me a salad with 100% of the lettuce being red & rotten. The quality of the lunch special slices usually isn’t good either. This Barros needs a lot of work to be able to compare with the rest of their restaurants

Apparently there was busy day for deliveries and the driver called and told me the how, what, and when the people would get here. Will ask for max next time!

This is my favorite location . We sometimes eat at the Higley location and they are good too, but this Scottsdale one always has a friendly staff. They keep the place very clean and my lunch is always hot and ready with vegetarian options plenty of sports on the TVs and even some games in the back for the kids. this location is sure to satisfy you rather, you are out with the boys having a family dinner or just stopping by for some lunch

Barro’s has been a staple in the community for years, and recently I’ve noticed many of the stores I go to cutting corners. I always receive great service and delicious food from this location, Jude and the entire team are so welcoming. Me and my wife highly recommend this location!

Barros Pizza robbed and ghosted me tonight and I’m still reeling. Called at 9:37 knowing they close at 10. Asked if it was too late for delivery. Girl on the phone said it depended on where I was and whether they could get to me before closing. I gave the address. She said “oh ya that will work.” Cool. Ordered. Paid for the pizza and the delivery right then. Called back around 10:10 just to make sure everything was still good. She told me they were finishing it up and the driver would be on the way. Cool. Ten minutes pass. Twenty minutes pass. It’s 10:30. I’m only a couple blocks away. Scooter should take ten minutes max this late with almost no traffic. Call again. Guy answers. “Hi, this is so-and-so, we’re closed.” I tell him I’m just checking on my pizza, give him the order number. He pulls it up and says he doesn’t think they have the number to where I’m at. I already gave the girl the number and told her exactly where the driver should go to make it easy. He reads the number back to me… and it’s the right digits in the wrong order. He says he’ll call the driver real fast because the guy should be there. I tell him I’ll make it even easier—I’ll wait out front. He says sounds good. We hang up. I go outside. Wait. Wait. Wait. Nobody. No pizza. I start calling again. Rings. Rings. Rings. Nothing. No one picks up. No one calls me back. Ghosted. I paid already. I live a couple blocks away. I would’ve walked over and picked the damn thing up myself if anyone had just communicated. Never had this happen at Barros before. Tonight the crew working the late shift completely dropped the ball, took my money, and vanished. I’ll be calling first thing in the morning. Do better. This was a disaster
