I’ve been to this Barrows several times, it seems every time there’s a problem. Last time I used DoorDash, it literally took 2 hours to get our pizzas, and each pizza had the wrong ingredients. Today I decided to try take out, the online system said 20 minutes. I thought perfect I’ll hit the store and pickup the pizzas on the way home (same parking lot). I got there about 25 minutes after placing the order. She said it’s in the oven. After another 20 minutes I asked again if the pizza was ready. She said it just came out. Another 15 minutes and it was finally ready. The ice cream I bought at the store was melted when I got home. This was the last time, too many other options to put up with a pizza restaurant that can’t deliver pizza.

This place is always awesome. The staff even recognize my name when i'm calling over the phone. If you haven't tried borro's you're missing out! Fast, always friendly. You can't ask for more great prices.

Walk-in customers that are ordering slices do not matter at this location. I waited 25 minutes for one slice of cheese pizza. There was no apology. There was no concern. However, if you call in orders with massive amounts of food or you’re DoorDash driver, you take priority. I would find a different location. Awful service!
