  07/05/26 I was order #1509 (gotten off my paper on one of the spicy sandwiches), and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The employees working the night shift had poor attitudes and became argumentative when I pointed out that my order was missing a Spicy McChicken. I ordered three but was only charged for two, so I was simply trying to understand what happened. The customer service throughout the interaction was unprofessional. The nuggets included in my bundle tasted old, which was also disappointing. I was also frustrated to be charged 29¢ per extra sauce after purchasing a meal that included 40 nuggets and four fries for a family of four. It seems unreasonable to charge extra for sauce with an order of that size. Finally, when I asked for my receipt, I was told the receipt machine was down. As someone who worked as a Department Manager at McDonald’s for two years, I know there are other ways to provide a receipt, such as printing it from another register or using sticky paper if the printer is out of paper. Overall, this experience fell well below the level of customer service I expect. I hope management addresses the customer service issues and food quality at this location.

  I went through this drive thru after rehearsal and ordered a medium 10 piece chicken meal. The line moved relatively fast but when I was handed my order, I made the mistake of not checking and when I got home I realized I didn’t get my fries. I was really disappointed especially because I was looking forward to the fries. Please start checking that everything is put where it needs to be. I don’t leave reviews but this made me upset after an already long night.

  Drive through is 9/10 always quick and easy even during the peak hours of lunch and dinner time, now my go to drive through spot

  Its a order yourself location with nothing out from straws to katchup, you had to wait for someone. Very slow service and impersonal staff and feel.

  Asked for cheeseburgers with (extra)only onions. Came home, absolutely no onions whatsoever! Like come on people????
