Never have i ever experienced such a horrible location. The customer service was so bad every single time i go the workers get my order wrong. Ordering drinks is even worse I tell them what the drink is 5 times and when they repeat it it’s still wrong. I love dutch bros so much but this location is about to ruin it for me. I personally would rather drive 10 minutes farther than normal than go to this stand.

I had been told that the customer service was great at this location and they weren’t wrong! The girls there are sweet and welcoming. The service was also quick. Everyone seems to be happy to be there.

So this morning I stopped by the Dutch Bros on Riggs and Ellsworth first and ordered a large chia latte with oat milk and sugar free caramel drizzle. Got my order, drove off, had one sip, and knew that it was not sugar free. I can't have sugar because of health reasons so I was really upset. (Getting Dutch Bros is a treat for me and I had to throw that drink away). So I decided to go to this location (ganzel and combs) and order the same thing. I was so relieved when I had the first sip and the order was correct 🤗 I was so happy and grateful that they payed attention to the order details especially on my sugar free order 🫶 Also their customer service was warm and friendly! (Way better than the location on Riggs and Ellsworth)

Literally the longest most ridiculous wait ever. The drive thru had the typical amount of cars in it, maybe even less than normal, but for some reason it took more than double the amount of time to get our drinks. 30min in a drive thru line is absurd.
