While at the pickup wondow, another lady had to remind them she was still waiting for her drink and 2 girls that were there before us had to inquire where their drinks were as well. I wont be going back to that location.

So, it's maybe 20 - 25 minutes before the stores closes and all i wanted was a plain strawberry lemonade. Now granted ive been food Service for 3 years and I know it can be frustrating when someone comes 30 minutes before closing, but that's not the end. I get out and start walking up to the window, keep in mind I wasn't even gonna order if they said that everything was cleaned and shut down, I would've respectfully left!! I was about ask that question before this blonde hair girl about 18 - 19 comes up and just shuts the window and locks it and makes eye contact with me like nothing happened. Keep in mind, I hadn't fully even walked up to the window. The 2nd girl who has brown hair and similar to age as the blonde girl peeks over the machines in the big window as I walk back to my car. You guys weren't even closed and yet still rudely turned a not even paying customer away before you even knew if they were ordering or not.

If you cant run the window right, let someone else stick to making drinks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
