  When we moved here from North Dakota I was pretty jacked to have a dunkin close to our house. We go here fairly often because the drinks are affordable and the rewards app is great. the munchkins are always a hit with my kids. My dog always gets a pup when her and I go otherwise she tries to eat the whipped cream out of my coffee. The staff is always friendly and quick to make the orders.

  Just waited at the drive through box for 10 minutes, was told to hold on and never got to us. Nobody was in line either.

  Had to wait in drive thru menu board for 5 minutes without any response from the person on the other side. The coffee was not great either

  This is my favorite Dunkin around the area to go to. They always are consistent for my drink order. Alex is THE BEST! He is always so friendly, has great customer service skills, and always goes above and beyond. If they are out of something, he is always helpful and patient. This place is always busy and may have a big line or seem short staffed- but I truly feel like the team here does an incredible job and it’s one of the best Dunkins to go to.

  Sat waiting in line to place my order for 8 minutes just 1 car ahead noone in store. Got to window waited additional 7 minutes. Person at window offered no apology for waiting nothing. She was talking and I didn't hear she said I'm talking to someone else!! How rude. Thus location has poor business because of employees with lack of customer service
