I ordered a Small Caramel Apple Cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake. I was given a mini size, and charged for the original small. The issue is that it was filled so much to the point where the lid wouldn't stay on all the way. I didn't realize the size or leaking issue because it was handed to us in a drink carrier. Spilled all of my boyfriend's truck, and all over the seats of my new car, which was just detailed for $200 last month. I have never written a review in my life, but felt the need to share what solidified an already terrible day.

I wish DQ would make this a full location with an entire menu. Only serving hotdogs and ice cream is the worst surprise if you’ve never been here before and expect a real Dairy Queen

My neighbor and I just went to Dairy Queen on Gantzel. The gentleman that was at the window was so nice and polite. It was really nice having a quick chat. He made our night.

Terrible experience. But to be fair, I share a part in this disaster. I didn't know this location only serves ice cream, drinks, chips, and hot dogs. After placing my order I realized that the boxes of dilly bars and peanut butter bars that I was pointing to wasn't charged. The cashier charged me for single bars instead of the boxes. I paid again to correct the order. The clerk would have been helpful if she had asked clarifying questions such as, is the classic hot dog a combo or a single order. On the ice bars, is that a single or box?

I recently went through the drive-thru with my boyfriend on 5/8/26, at the Hunt Hwy location. He asked if they had a mini milkshake because he was confused about the size options. The employee responded by laughing and saying “umm no” with an attitude. I understand that everyone can have stressful days, but customers should still be treated respectfully. Unfortunately, the interaction came across as rude and unprofessional. There were two employees wearing headsets at the time, so I’m not completely sure which one it was, but it was either the employee with ginger hair and a tattoo on his arm or the employee with dark/brown hair and a beard. I hope management can address customer service and professionalism moving forward.
