I recently went through the drive-thru with my boyfriend on 5/8/26, at the Hunt Hwy location.
He asked if they had a mini milkshake because he was confused about the size options. The employee responded by laughing and saying “umm no” with an attitude. I understand that everyone can have stressful days, but customers should still be treated respectfully. Unfortunately, the interaction came across as rude and unprofessional.
There were two employees wearing headsets at the time, so I’m not completely sure which one it was, but it was either the employee with ginger hair and a tattoo on his arm or the employee with dark/brown hair and a beard. I hope management can address customer service and professionalism moving forward.

Had a total of $16&change. Gave cashier $15 gift card + $10 bill thru the drive thru. He gave my gift card back and said there was $8.something remaining. WHY wouldn’t you have taken the gift card first since that’s the holy reason I’m there then take change out of my $10?? SMH. You’re cashier can’t do a more than simple transaction? So NOW I have to go back to spend the rest of my $8.something gift card. I just couldn’t believe it. I didn’t care how I got my money by the fact he didn’t have common sense.
