  absolutely do not order from this place our DoorDasher asked for extra vinegar sauce and texted us to let us know that they completely embarrassed and humiliated an employee just bc she asked for it. that’s completely unacceptable. could have definitely Handle better our Dasher said they were so embarrassed and uncomfortable!!! I see why this place has a 2.6 star review!!!!!!!

  Just ordered a quesadilla if you can call it that. The workers couldn't be bothered to spend 30 seconds to heat it up, total waste of money.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but after repeated issues, this needs to be addressed. They have now gotten our last two pickup orders wrong—missing items, incorrect portions, and overall poor attention to detail. What’s worse is how it was handled. When my wife went in about the missing items, your staff told her that “the kids who picked it up must have eaten the food.” Those “kids” were OUR kids—and they did not take anything. That response is completely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, your team chose to accuse paying customers of stealing their own food. That’s not just poor service—that’s disrespectful. At this point, the 2.6-star Google rating makes perfect sense. We’re not asking for anything unreasonable—just accurate orders and basic accountability. If management actually cares about customer experience, this is something that needs immediate attention.

  The food was great, however we were the only car in the digital pickup lane and had to wait ten minutes to even be acknowledged. Then questioned on our order and treated very disrespectfully. The boy rolled his eyes, and acted as if we were interrupting something more important. Highly disappointed with service, but love the food. No manager was on duty (4/29/26 around 6pm) to talk to and the Chipotle chat/pepper bot was no help at all.

  The morning opening crew during the week recently makes me never want to do an online order again. The order is wrong every time..90% rice burrito even when you ask for double chicken, cheese, corn, sour cream. The girl at the window is rude as hell. I placed an order with a drink that they forgot to do and she rolled her eyes and I genuinely thought she was going to spit in my drink for showing them they forgot it. Also, stop letting employees who can’t properly wrap a burrito work the line. They throw 5 forks in the bag religiously bc they know they don’t wrap it right. It falls apart in a single bite. I’ll go to a different location from now on.
