- RTRandy Tinsley1 day ago1.0I have given this location plenty of times and have hoped they would get there act together, the last time we ordered they said they were out of two items, just we do not have it, that’s it. The prep area was not clean at all, some employees were just standing around, they did not see that the counter prep area was in need of major clean up. The staff has that that do you want attitude instead of how can I help you mindset. I believe this a Management issue and employees that do not care. My family enjoys Chipotle in general, but I will drive anywhere except back to this location. It is interesting that someone from Chipotle comes back to everyone of the bad reviews on this site stating we will do better, but nothing changes. I sent a review directly to Chipotle and never heard back from them, seems like they are only concerned when you place the negative review online. What a Shame!

They are always out of steak, out of guacamole. Or the line is out the door and not moving because they are waiting for food to be cooked. The other day it was a problem with the drinks, the soda machines were out of syrup and there was also no lemonade. One girl even commented “there’s no lemonade? She just sold me a drink for a lemonade though …. Then I come over here and it’s empty?” This place is in desperate need of some new management.
