  So I’ve been going to chipotle for over 10 years now. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. This is by far the worst chipotle I have eaten at. this is validated by the fact that I have been here over 20 times and consistently received both terrible service and food. Finally, I will not go back. The staff is terrible and the food is even worse. I do not write negative reviews, this is the first. This is unacceptable. Management needs to either close this location for two weeks (at minimum) and completely retrain the staff, or fire them all and restart. There are no other options. Please help!! 🙏🏻

  No cheese, no guacamole, no steak, no pork, No chips!! pretty much no nothing! Had to feed three kids and two adults. And there’s no food! And was charged full price For what I did get with half the stuff missing! What a joke! Come on! Sad! Just shut the doors at that point! Leave zero if I could

  Every single time I come to this location it is just as bad as the last time I visited, if not worse. I ordered a large cilantro lime sauce and it came with everything else on the menu mixed in. It was disgusting, i didnt eat it. I ordered pick up, I'd hate to see what their food bar looks like. It has to be a sloppy mess. I ordered a chicken bowl and got maybe 6 pieces of chicken in mine and paid even more to buy my son a steak bowl and got literally 4 pieces of steak in it. I ordered extra cheese on his and it felt almost intentional to get the tiny amount of cheese he received. I also ordered guac that came with literal VINES in it from the avacado regrowing itself and it wasnt even edible. I also ordered no lettuce on all our meals and still ended up with lots of stray lettuce all over in our food. Glad I spent $60 for my family to have such a disappointing dinner... I will not be ordering from this location again. I'd rather go to the jack in the box across the street.

  Sucks I had to delete my review from about a month ago. This chipotle needs ALOT OF WORK DONE! Every time I come in here there’s 1 person on the main line employees don’t help! The sanitation is terrible I’m shocked I haven’t gotten sick yet. Wiping down the food line with dirty towels is insane! They’re always out of product . Literally been craving chipotle went in today and they are out of rice none being made ! HOW THE HELL DO YOU LET THE RESTAURANT RUN OUT OF RICE !!! This place is so unorganized!! Sucks when you crave something and can’t get it because the establishment lacks sense of urgency for their customers smh DO BETTER CHIPOTLE

  I just left your store on Hunt and Gary and watched in horror as your counter staff cleaned the counter top with a dirty rag and scraps falling into food containers. Then the dirty rag went into the black bean container and your employee scoffed when i suggested they need to throw that out, took the now bean juice soaked rag folded it up and continued to “clean” the counter. Not sure why your location gets such terrible reviews but this might be a clue. Also, how do you run out of a shelf stable popular item like chips at 5 pm on a Sunday???
