  I ordered a number 3 meal with the French dip sandwich. I ordered it to the drive-thru. The first bite the meat tasted as if it was about ready to turn rotten one more bite and it was even rubbery I spit it out I looked at the meat it was iridescent and weird looking we returned the food got a full refund but the manager refused to acknowledge that the meat was bad saying that they cut the meat fresheveryday it was clearly tainted I find this very concerning which means she's going to continue to serve rotten meat

  Bad location. Why is Arby’s advertising burgers but only certain locations have burgers? This location does not have burgers. Staff was very rude. We came in at about 8:45 which is more than 2 hours before closing and they had already closed up half the place. They closed all the ketchup and sauce stand so I couldn’t get any and they closed all the trash cans except one. Obviously my husband and I didn’t realize that and put our trash in a can that they didn’t want us to and told us “in the future throw away your garbage in an open trash can”. The girl was so rude about it. We didn’t know. How were we supposed to know we couldn’t use that trash can. The food was pretty bland. The chicken strips were bland and made me so sick. Never coming back here again.

  Responding to owner. You need to reevaluate your management cause your rating is trash. Lazy employees dont want to do their jobs including the manager. Stood waiting for them to get the order i was picking up for long time while they all stood around doing nothing including the manager. All that had to be done was fill a drink. But they just stood there doing nothing. No other customers. Place was empty. They are lazy! The manager should be fired.

  Not often do I review a fast food restaurant badly, because I usually know what to expect. It’s fast food for a reason right? I had placed a mobile order for a sandwich, some tenders, and a couple milkshakes. When I get there they say that the machine isn’t working, specifically that the liquid is coming out too frozen. I don’t think that’s an issue since it’ll thaw out, but then the server says that it isn’t working at all. They offered fountain drinks, but they aren’t equal value, $12 for milkshakes normally, but I got one separate and one with the meal I got. The largest fountain drink is only 3 or 4 bucks. So it doesn’t really make up for the lost money. All in all we went to Arby’s strictly because we wanted the amazing milkshakes, but then it was need up being a huge waste.

  I work mid shift and find it hard to order dinner in the San Tan Valley area, as most places are closed! I'm so happy arbys is open to 11pm! Finally somewhere that isn't completely typical fast food! Great staff, super friendly and my experience is awesome every time I vist which is at least once a week in the evening! Food is spot on thanks to Patrick one of the mangers! I'm always happy to see him working when I get up to the window! As I know my food will be correct and FRESH!!! Everytime I go when patrick is on shift they ask if I'm okay with the 6min wait for the chicken or fish sandwich!!! Heck YES I'll WAIT!!! I'd rather wait the 6mins and have fresh crunchy food!!! So thank you Patrick for always making fresh sandwiches at night! Some might complain but not me! Keep up with the amazing customer service and overall friendless! I'll for sure be a loyal customer! Thanks night shift!!! 100% recommend
