  I was extremely disappointed to find moldy debris and fries lodged inside the AC vents at this Sahuarita location. This is a major sanitary concern and a clear health hazard. Management needs to address the lack of deep cleaning immediately. Avoid until they fix their ventilation hygiene.

  There's no hamburger on the bun ....what happened , what i would like to know is how much does that thin so called piece of meat cost them , cause it sure costs an arm and a leg for us to purchase and what for ? Come on by the time you get to the second window to retrieve the your purchase it's cold. I think maybe 4 out of 5 times we have been there our meal has been cold... fries are usually hard. It's all just the hoop la established way back for the kids no more play grounds what happened to that and how come Good old Ronald McDonald doesn't make any appearance"s to the establishments anymore ? At least the kids might enjoy that ... So what's in it for the kids now a rinky dink toy you pay out your buzaka for in there meal deal wow .. Prices are rising and the food is shrinking ... What's up ???

  Ordered 5 meals. Had to ask for the happy meal. Asked if everything was in the bag, to be sure. Was assured it was. Drove home, 1/2 the meals were missing. If I could leave zero stars I would. Reached out to manager, who offered vouchers and never sent them. No one who works there cares about what they do. Dont go to this McDonalds. Spend the extra couple bucks and go to Taco Bell or Arby's where they treat their customers well and get your orders right.
