- JLJordan Lewis3 days ago1.0The most worse experience ever. My girl put an online order in. And when we got there they wanted to say they didn’t have the dubi cake but had the ice cream. So I asked them how do we go about getting our money back and they kept saying I don’t know I don’t know. And basically told us we need to repay for the ice cream. The gentleman was so unprofessional and the little girl was rude and just laughing at us. They couldn’t even tell us there was no manager on duty and for us to come back the next day!! My girl called and emailed customer service and they were no help either. Saying they can’t find our order when she sent them screenshots of the order. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK to the one in RANCHO SAHUARITA, AZ

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
