  Amazing going in, not so much going out. Still go back tho, always good boneless wings.

  My husband ordered a pick up order. When he arrived he was only given one of the bags of food. (Yes, he should have checked before he left). When he arrived home, he noticed the missing items (boneless wings and fries). He called and asked about the missing items. After some confusing questions from the staff there, they finally confirmed that they had the missing items however they made it seem like it was his fault. (The to go orders are not accessible to the customers at this location). They said we would have to pick up the missing items or get a refund for the missing items. We still wanted the items so he asked if they could remake those items since it had already been at least 30 mins since we ordered. Only thing they offered to redo was the fries. Okay. So we picked up the items. Asked about ranch. They asked how many we ordered. I just wanted one container since none was in the other bag. She was really rude considering we had to make a second trip. At this point does it even matter. Of course the wings were cold so we had to reheat them. So dry wings we ate. I would not recommend this place at all. There is a reason why they only have 2.4 stars. We had issues the first time we ordered a few months ago but decided to try it again. Big mistake. Please take your business somewhere else if unless you want horrible food and customer service.

  The employees and food was amazing except for the lady that’s either a manager or district manager I’m not sure. She was sitting in the middle of the dining room in front of customers being rude to staff about a broken ice machine like it was their fault and then fired an employee in the middle of the dining room with customers eating . That’s wild work I’ve never seen before. I’ll just order to go next time. Thanks to everyone else you guys were awesome !

  I ordered my food which I was ordering once a week. I went in and and saw the guy eating french fries out the prep bowl And the girl at the front was so lazy she was on her phone texting the whole time I got a video of the guy eating french fries at the bowl. The girl asked him why he was doing and he said I don’t care. The manager said he took care of it, but I doubt it. I’ll go over there to Rittenhouse. I stay across the street from this one but will never go back ever me and my family. y’all nasty handling raw chicken with your bare hands and then handling french fries at the same time. I call the health department. I’ll turn this video in.

  This location has had a broken ice machine for over two months owners get with it and repair your ice machine or buy bags of ice . It is sad to see your team have to explain several times a day it just broke- no it has been broken for quite some time.
