    I never leave reviews. Ever. This experience I just had with this location, has taught me to always check reviews before ordering food somewhere. I’ve ordered from Wingstop over by Rittenhouse before and never had any problems. We just recently moved closer to the Wingstop on Gantzel. The chicken we ordered was undercooked, I had to spit it out in the garbage to avoid swallowing it and to avoid the risk of getting sick. I am going to have to monitor myself and my family to make sure no one ends up sick tonight. After spitting the food out, I looked down on my white shirt, and there was greenish blue stains all over it. When I looked down at my hand, my hands were covered in stains from the dye that’s on the side of the Wingstop cups. My entire hand was covered in dye. I tried so hard to get the stain out of my shirt and I could not get it out no matter what I used. I called the store And I explained to the girl who answered what happened and she paused, and then said she was getting her manager. The manager on the phone immediately sounded annoyed. I told him about the undercooked chicken and that I had to spit it out. I also told him about the dye from the cups coming off and getting onto my clothes and my hands. He said, because I spit the food out into the garbage, that he couldn’t refund me for it, and I would have to come back to get more food made. I don’t know why he thinks I would ever want to eat there again or have any food remade when the first order was undercooked. Not only that, it’s almost 8 o’clock at night and I have work tomorrow. I’m not going back-and-forth to get another order remade when I already waited to get this one. And quite honestly I’m nauseous from the chicken already. I took photos to upload and file a complaint with the company and the health department (the manager didn’t even ask to see photos). The manager was completely uninterested in helping. He didn’t apologize once for the undercooked food nor did he apologize for the cups dye/ink bleeding onto my clothing. I have never been refunded for any orders at Wingstop in the five years that I’ve been ordering from Wingstop. This was the very first time I’ve ever had to deal with this. He was ready to deny his help, the second he picked up.

    We ordered at 2:54 PM, said 9-14 minutes, my husband was to pick up the order after a dr appointment. It ran really late, he got there at 4:10. He called me and asked if it was under his name or mine, thought we place the order at another store because they said they had no order under my name, I sent him the receipt, he went in right location. They said they don't know what happened to the order it wasn't there. The manager was less than helpful, soft spoken, finally offered to refund it. I absolutely love food, better than Buffalo Wild Wings, but the staff at this location are terrible, not well trained and lack many customer service skills. I don't know what is going on at this store lately, but the last few months we have had issues, last time my wings were overcooked, I couldn't eat any of them. Also it is never ready in 9-14 minutes, please change that when ordering online.

    i came to this store after one of the worst closes of my life back at my workplace. it was twenty minutes to close and i felt like the worst person ever ordering my food. however, when i walked in, i was greeted so kindly and my food was done in under 15 minutes! such a pleasurable experience even though i came in so late. sad to see all of the one star reviews. this store deserves so much more!
