It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
They messed up my food and drink order, wouldn't be so bad but everything I said please remove they added extra and everything I wanted extra they removed.
The wait time was also pretty long taking into account how slow it was. I won't be back.

I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong location and it took me a bit to realize. After going inside the team here at this Whataburger location immediately took care of my mistake. They let the other location know then remade my order. It was customized and they asked for all the details to make sure it was spot on. Boy was it, easily one of the best Whataburger experiences I have had. Kudos.

Just ordered this about 15 minutes ago and brought it home, and the quality is BAD. This looks like something that was reheated and it tastes like it too. This wasn't at some "dead" part of the day either, this was shortly after 1pm with plenty of customers in the lobby. I have no desire to return this or come back. What a disappointment. At least the customer service was nice, but that's not what I'm paying for.
