  i picked up an online order at around 9:30 and the lady working the drive thru was so so sweet. she took the time to read off the order to us at the window, packaged our napkins nicely and conversed with us at the window. i didn’t catch her name but i hope she gets the recognition she deserves. it’s the little things like that that make someone’s day with minimal effort ☺️

  Wow, this place has hit rock bottom. No customer service no cashier not one employee said anything. I will never come back here. Jack up the cost and make the customer do everything them self.

  I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I think this one needs to be here.. I came in today through drive through and asked about an ingredient I’m allergic to and the girl on the intercom laughed at me and said “uhhh I don’t know”, and made me feel bad over needing serious information and then while accidentally leaving her mic on started talking crap about it to a co worker and laughing at me.. and so I Just sat there and waited for an answer so someone else finally got on and gave me the answer I asked for. It was a single innocent question about corn.. not that big of a deal. You’d think a food place would take an allergy more seriously. Then to top it off my husband went to go through drive through after work at 11pm and you were closed? Why does it say you close at 2am but you were closed at 11???? That’s a pretty big stretch. I was just going to leave my bad experience alone until my husband tried to go through and they were closed when they were supposed to be open. That was my last straw. Worst Taco Bell. Don’t go here. Waste of time in many ways.

  =Particularly=Wonderful= The staff they have working at this TBeLL are simply wonderful. Must get a taCo at this restaurant to experience the kind, generous, efficient and exceptional service of an otherwise simple fast-food place.
