- RORick Osborne1 day ago5.0I wanted to recognize the outstanding team in the meat department at Safeway. From the professionalism to the positive energy, the entire experience has been exceptional. Rick has an incredibly outgoing attitude and truly makes customers feel welcome and appreciated. His customer service, knowledge, and willingness to help are second to none. Mike, the manager, also deserves tremendous recognition for leading such a strong and professional team. The pride they take in their work is obvious the moment you walk into the department. My family and I recently relocated from Maryland to Arizona, and finding a Safeway with such a great spirit throughout the entire store has made this transition even more welcoming for us. It is refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about both quality and customer experience. Thank you to Rick, Mike, and the entire meat department for the excellent service and positive atmosphere. Keep up the great work — it truly makes a difference.

First off I’m usually a curbside pickup kind of guy, I actually have only been in store twice but both times it has been so clean and organized. Yesterday I was at the self check out and needed help as the deal for rotisserie chicken was not showing up. So I called for assistance and a very kind and helpful employee by the name of Mindy not only helped me out but did it with a smile on her face. Thanks Mindy! Behind me there was another employee I did not catch her name but she was African American and she was also helping out another family that needed assistance and same thing she had a smile on her face. I really appreciate that kind of service nowadays as it’s become so rare. My usual curbside people are great they usually listen but I will say they can use a smile or two haha. Anyways this store has been awesome so far great job and keep up the great work!
