Hate them so bad that I deleted my online account even though I have been eating Portillos for decades (I am originally from Illinois). At the queen Creek location I’ve had to rip off the sticker sealing their to-go bag as they almost always miss something, usually cheese sauce or oil, but since they charge for everything they need to make sure the give you everything. Now this location can’t even keep their online ordering up so have to order and wait for food I want to eat at home. Also how can you order tea with lemons online, but when I went in there, they said they don’t have lemons? Account deleted and app uninstalled as the queen location is closest to home and it is not worth the hassle anymore.
