- CCCurt Calvert5 days ago5.0It isn’t the same as what is in Chicago but it gets the job done. It’s much more commercialized since Dick sold it but again, it’s still good. Yesterday my order was wrong and the fries were stale but I’m still choosing to give 5 stars as that experience is an anomaly.

- BDBrena DunnJul 24, 20261.0Just moved to the area, so this was I our first time at this Portillos location. We have been to the tempe marketplace and the Gilbert location. Food has always been amazing. This was not the case at the San tan valley location. The burgers had absolutely no flavor, no seasoning, not even salt and pepper. The buns were wet and soggy. My husband's burger didn't even have a top bun. My son's hot dogs were soggy as well. We spent 75.00 on food we couldn't even finish. Very disappointing, needless to say, we won't be visiting this location again.

No seasoning on the burgers wet bread not cool at all will not be returning to this location 75 bucks down the drain.
