We ordered pizzas through the Pizza Hut app to be delivered for 430 and saw the delivery time change to 450-505. No big deal I know the delivery times change. At 520 we had no pizzas so we called the store and asked what happened to our pizzas. They blamed DoorDash because they go through a second party for delivery. Our pizzas were sitting there waiting for someone to pick them up for over 20 minutes. They remade the pizzas and then told us a new estimated time of 6. After I found out it was going to be an hour and a half after the original order time I asked for a discount or refund, they told us it was DoorDash fault and there was nothing they could do. We finally got our food after 6 and we got the wrong type of wings. If you go through DoorDash you should say that, I would have had less problems going through their app.
