  Went for two fries, a diet coke, and an iced tea. Waited no less than 20 minutes. Didn’t get the iced tea either, they were out. Been here a few times in the last two months and have never been impressed. Not surprised the rating is so low, we’ve started calling it the Lone Star McD’s.

  My Mcd online survey explains it all. I stopped on the way back from costco for a simple 2 sandwich order. Recieved my big mac in a quarter pounder box and my mcdouble cheeseburger ended up being a mcchicken. To sterile of an environment with almost no human interaction unless you stand by the only human activated hidden register.

  Avoid at all costs... food is hit or miss... drive thru is alway packed and orders get messed up... if i wanted to wait 20 min for service I would go to a sit down restaurant. This location is a train wreck. I warn you to stay away. This is the very last time I come here... im only waiting cause I already paid over 50$ for food... that may or may not be made right

  Theee worst of the worst, placed a breakfast order at 10:11 am, showed up at 10:30 on the dot, order cancelled. So the poor girl working the counter has to break the news to me and guess what? Her bosses , the owner and top management sit at a table and don’t even do a single thing, this is how we’re treating our workforce folks! They could tell I was upset, not even a single word from them. Wow, just wow

  Terrible service. Terrible management. Cannot get any order right. We have been here several times and they have never gotten our order right. Today we went through the drive thru and again, they couldn’t get the order right. They didn’t give us a receipt so we went in to talk to the manager. When we went in to talk to the manager she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Told us we were the problem, even though it was her team that didnt get the order right or give us a receipt. After arguing with us she “corrected” the order, which still ended up being wrong, and then she threw the bags of food down on the counter and told us to have a nice day. Unfortunately she wasn’t wearing a name tag or I would mention her name. Regardless, after interacting with her I now understand why there is always problems with the employees and orders at this site. Terrible management and bad service. By far the worst McDonalds.
