  Went through the drive thru, they forgot my fork and syrup for my hotcakes, and only gave me one ketchup packet when I asked for some with my meal. Iced coffee was bitter and sour, took one sip and had to throw it out. Waste of money overall.

  If an order has fries on it. You give me ketchup. I shouldn't have to ask every single time for ketchup. This is common sense. For a long time this has been an issue with McDonald's in general. But today I cought attitude from the chick at the pickup window because I made her walk back to get me ketchup that should've been automatically included in my bag. Like I said, if there's fries on any order. YOU GIVE ME KETCHUP.

  ​"Terrible service at the drive-thru. The woman was extremely rude and almost threw my food at me, all because we mistakenly went to the wrong window when there was no one waiting. Unacceptable behavior."

  This is the worst McDonald ‘s ever . Every time I go here they get my order wrong, it’s like whoever is taking orders is not listening correctly. They charge me for things and when I get home they’re not in the bag . I had a girl hand me a cup of coffee and the lid was not on right . It fell all over me,my hand ,my clothes ,and my new car . They wanted me to get down and make a report . My husband cursed the girl out and she never even apologized. She just stared at us. I told her can you at least give me napkins . The managers there are useless. Instead of apologizing they take the side of the employee. I asked for a number 2 breakfast with no cheese and a black coffee. The girl charged me for each item individually. I am how stupid can you be. Today I went and ordered a chocolate shake , 2 medium fries, 1 medium Dr Pepper, and 4 ranch. The guys says check the screen to make sure everything is okay . I checked it and it was .The guy does not offer a receipt, I get to the next window and the guys says that’s all . I said where’s the shake ? He told me you didn’t order a shake you ordered a chocolate milk . He said and I am not giving you one. I called the manager and she said oh I need to look for the transaction, but you can comeback and get the shake . I am staying away from this McDonald ‘s . I told her just calling to let you know you need to keep on eye on your employees.

  Avoid dining in or ordering inside if you actually like customer service. No one at counter. Kiosk worked fine, albeit tedious if ordering more than one thing. But there's NOTHING here except tables, a trash can, and bathroom. You have to ask at the counter for ketchup, napkins, cup for your ice cream cone, soda refills, etc. and took over 3 minutes to have a person come to the counter and a total of 11 minutes to get our food. This was at 3:15pm on a Tuesday and they weren't busy inside at all. I think drive thru takes priority. They don't even have spoons or ketchup cups out. Had to put ketchup on the tray liner that has newsprint on it. Food was as expected, but I will never order or dine inside again and only use drive-thru if no time to go somewhere else.
