  Read the order back to them 3 times and they assured me it was correct. Food was indeed messed up. All I wanted was no onions and extra pickels on the cheeseburgers for the littles....came with onions, no ketchup and no pickles.

  Why is this location SO SLOW with orders?? It genuinely does not matter how many people are in line. Its upwards of 12 minutes from intercom to pick up, and yall dont even have anything unique!! Its all the same item just with slightly different toppings! Even innout with lines down the street get you serviced more quickly, I dont think ive ever waited more than 5 minutes at other places even when they had to pull me off to finish part of my order. This location is ridiculous. I hate being so disgruntled about a mcdonalds but this location SERIOUSLY needs revamping, re training, better managment and flow. Its always backed up and then on top of it half the time the order is wrong anyway! Its such a shame that this location is so terrible, it has TONS of 1 star reviews! Ridiculous! Was this location forgotten about by the DMs???

  I'm confused as to why they claim to be open 24 hours. I drove through the drive through this morning Tuesday June 23rd at 3:44 am and was advised by the employee at the drive through that they were preparing for breakfast and could not take any orders. How strange because I went there specifically to order breakfast but they couldn't be bothered to accept an order for 2 egg mcmuffins. She could not advise me of what tome they would be able to take any orders.

  To start, I have gotten sausage McMuffin when I’ve ordered egg McMuffin through drive thru several times Now today 6/19 I get there at 5:45 am and both drive thru lanes are closed off with traffic’s cones. Yesterday, 6/18 I pull into drive thru at 5:45am only to be told that they can not take my order as they have no cook! What does it take to get a decent customer service experience at this location?

  The kiosk out front we’re all off. Was standing at the register for 10 minutes. Not one person is checking on it. Finally a lady walks by to had a drive through order. You think she says anything about helping no. So I order through the app and let her know they are down. Then she says o I know we don’t have change for them. So you walked by knowing they didn’t work. Then I ask well you might put a sign on them. I can’t do that I would get in trouble. So what can you do exactly. You can’t take orders you can put a sign. Sounds like you can’t do your job to me. Hopefully this owner losses this location.
