  You get punished here by placing a large order in the drive-through. All I ordered were nuggets and Big Macs, but in 8 meals. Made us go sit in timeout while they filled 7 orders behind us. Why this a thing? None of the orders behind us for Big Macs and nuggets?? Doubt it. And then got order wrong anyway.

  Wasn’t expecting much, but food is ok and the service is kinda bad. I don’t understand what kind of power trip the workers get from acting so snobbish. I worked fast food and I would’ve been reprimanded for the kind of treatment that the workers give their customers. Starting out, the order taker really didn’t understand their own menu, tried to rudely correct us then got it wrong. They were super inflexible and inefficient in trying to problem solve, just trying to get us out of the drive thru for their drive thru times. You get good speed of service from actually being fast and not throwing your customers around btw. I’m assuming management treats their workers so badly that they hate their jobs, I would too. But golly, it was almost 45 minutes this whole ordeal.

  Not a single acknowledgment. No one said hi or I’ll be right with you. He placed the bag on shelf and said DoorDash and walked away. Never even looked my way. Horrible customer service. 4 employees walked past me

  I never do McDonald’s reviews. McDonald’s is what it is food wise, but today I have to leave this for the public to see. Went to McDonald’s today around 12:30. There is a guy, maybe manager I think he name is Ryan or Bryan… bigger built guy. He was back there yelling at all the employees so loud we could hear it as if he were in the dining area next to me. He seemed to be picking on this one worker worse than the other but he was rude loud and straight up mean to them. I had never seen such unprofessionalism. I hope he’s not the manager because he should be ashamed if he is.
