    I came in just for a Picture Perfect ( easy enough ) but it was the attitude and atmosphere that makes me want to come back. Great conversation and drink!

    The customer service at Dutch Bros is seriously TOP NOTCH! Every time I pull up, they recognize my face and already know my drink—which makes my day! They always take the time to ask how I’m doing, have a quick conversation, and make me feel genuinely welcomed. I also really appreciate that I never feel pressured or awkward about tipping. The service is amazing whether you tip or not, and that says a lot about the team. It’s the little things that keep me coming back. Amazing drinks, amazing energy, and even better people! Definitely a 5-star experience every time!

    I ordered a large chocolate milk with light ice they gave me a small and when i corrected him instead of remaking it he filled a large with ice to the top and pored the small into it and called it a day. Very inconsiderate and rude.
