    Faith, Adrian, and Fabian are the most kindest Dutch workers I’ve seen! They are so welcoming and always willing to listen. Such good vibes definitely recommend!!

    I personally love dutch bros but this location was not it. The vibes were super bad and the staff was off and stand-offish. My drink that i always get also didn’t taste right. Although i should’ve complained i didn’t because how rude they all were. I will be sticking to my regular location because this one was not it.

    This review is just specifically for the location on Ellsworth and Riggs. Getting Dutch Bros for me is a treat and not an every week thing so to receive a large drink that I can't even have because they got the order wrong was extremely disappointing. So I ordered a large chia latte with oat milk and sugar free caramel drizzle. When I got the drink and had one sip I knew immediately it was not the sugar free syrup. I can't have sugar for health reasons so I had to throw it away. I hope in the future they pay closer attention to their customers orders especially sugar free ones.

    Really disappointing first experience at this location, and I won’t be back. There was one car in line when I pulled up, so I got behind them. I sat there waiting with no one behind me. After I had already been waiting, another car pulled into the other lane. The employee taking orders went to that car first and then came over to me and told me they were going to go ahead of me. I admittedly responded, “Yeah, that makes sense. She cut, so let her cut again.” I was irritated. Instead of acknowledging why I was frustrated, her response was, “There’s a sign that says we zipper.” I understand how a zipper system works. If there are two lines of cars waiting, alternating makes complete sense. That wasn’t the situation. There was no one behind me, I had already been sitting there, and another car pulled up afterward. It was very clear who had been waiting first. Honestly, what bothered me most was how it was handled. Even if that is technically the policy, a simple, “I’m sorry, I know you were here first, but we’re required to alternate lanes,” would have completely changed the interaction. Instead, I felt talked down to for being frustrated about something that, from a customer’s perspective, didn’t make much sense. There also remained no one behind me while I was there. First impressions matter. This was mine, and I’ll happily spend my money at another location from now on.
