- CACandace Apolinar4 days ago2.0Just left from Dunkin, honestly not thinking of returning due to going through the drive-through ordering three drinks for my family, asking for no ice in my husband‘s refresher due to a previous dental procedure that required him to not have such cold beverages. This is something that has been done for us before, due to the management being lazy and not wanting to remake his drink because of a mess up of their own. They created a “new rule” that they are not allowed to not put ice in a refresher due to the ratio with the drinks. Completely disappointed and unsatisfied with this response. We proceeded to remove the drink from our order pay for the two other drinks and leave.

I got to the window and was handed me food immediately. The hash browns were soggy and my sandwhich was nearly cold. Another 5 minutes passed by and I got one of my 2 coffees and she told me to have a nice day and I told her i'm still missing one. Minutes later she brought back a black coffee with no cream, she then took it back to add cream. I drove off took a drink and realized there was no flavoring in it. I will never go back.
