I stopped in early this morning (4:30am) and ordered an iced coffee with caramel & cream. When I got to work and was able to see my cup, there is literally a 1/4 inch of sugar in the bottom of the cup! How gross! Especially when I didn't order sugar. Caramel swirl is a liquid they pump into the cup...why is there sugar? *sigh* I will be driving to a further location from now on. Such a shame too because the early morning lady at the drive through is always so sweet. :( Very disappointed.
