- SSScott SharpSep 22, 20261.0This location continues to be the armpit of local food choices. I only return because of convenience, but no longer. The atmosphere is a product of the management of this location, or lack thereof. Last week they were out of ice tea. Not sure how you have no way to make ice tea, but there we were. Today I returned. One person working the front. She was doing her best, but struggling and understandable considering the circumstance. Went to get ice, no ice. I look into the backroom, 3 people back there. 1 the manager doing nothing. Another cleaning a surface and another prepping take out. Asked about ice. Waited 10 minutes for them to react. This is just embarrassing at this point.

THREE TIMES this week they cannot handle an order to be delivered. They are truly the bottom barrel of all restaurants. And the customer service is the worst. They left children with no lunch. They cancel orders. They allow delivery yet they hand off all blame to door dash and take no accountability. Ordered through the Chipotle website- YES, THEIR WEBSITE!!! -They charge more on the website for delivery -Add service fees -I don't mind tipping a driver of course -Say food will be there at one time then at that time not there for another 25 minutes Due today at 1130 and here we are at 12:00, no food. -Chat lady abruptly ended my chat after offering chips on a $40 order that was so late I missed my lunch and couldn't eat it -Portions have gotten so ridiculously small- -Missing items Hot mess. I know, first world problems, but this is the world I live in. I think my days of Chipotle may be over.

I try- cant cancel on their website. cant cancel on their app. Call and after 7 minutes of AI BS I get "MARK". Mark sounded like he was in India, and probably was, and when I called him on it he said I was mean. STILL cannot cancel because its through door dash. Even though its all on their website. This place sucks and I am done.

I asked her why they didn’t keep it warm like the rest of the food and she said it was, after that she put in the warmer and served my bowl. When I opened my bowl and tried the steak, surprise, it was cold. Very disappointing! Will not be going back. Cashier was great though, I guess chipotle employees are only good at taking our money.
