- AAAdam Avery4 days ago1.0If you say you’re open at 10:45, and there’s a sign on your door saying open at 10:45, and you have workers just dicking around in plain view inside, open at 10:45am. It’s now 11:05 and still not open. Sincerely, my hungry angry kids

- CBCesar BravoMay 5, 20261.0This place is one of the worst when it comes to customer service, the workers are rude, condescending and have no sense of urgency, every person charges different for the same thing and when you mention something they get mad when all I want is clarity. Also on many night with 30 or 45 mins left in the night a worker tells people coming in to go away they are closing early, this seemed odd so I asked to speak to manager, manager says no sir we are not closed I asked why the girl was saying that and the girl said no I didn't and lied again 🤔 I have complained about there behavior before and now they treat me even worse. There is no more customer service or accountability anymore they do a bad job and expect our money and praise. They dont care so 🤷

Ordered a Steak Burrito with shredded pork, was charge the extra Steak price $6.00. $1.25 more than what the shredded pork cost would be. Brought this to the female managers attention, her body language and lack of care was very telling (Not that I was going to ask for the refund of $1.25), but it was the principal. How many other customers could this be happening to throughout the week/month.
- HHHHApr 21, 20261.0Literally one of the worst chipotles I have been to. I go maybe once a month and remain optimistic each time. Will drive further to avoid this one. Line to the door on a Sunday night and there’s ONE employee taking orders and checking people out at the register. Every visit; portions are ridiculous (in person AND online), workers have a hard time listening to directions, lots of attitude, store is always filthy. New store manager should be found because clearly this is a very poorly run chipotle.
