  I tried 7 Brew for the first time when traveling in Missouri and since it’s starting to come up in Arizona I wanted to see what the hype was about. While my cold brew was good at that location, service was just okay and a bit chaotic. That being said the vibe here was so much better. Lines were a bit long, but with multiple workers taking orders it went by quick. I ordered the Blondie I believe with sf caramel and vanilla. We also ordered macchiato. Both were delicious. Prices can be a bit pricy depending on size etc, but the offer an app towards earning points so you can put towards free drinks etc. Great stop! Now bring them to Surprise so I don’t have of drive over an hour next time ha ha

  I was so excited for a 7 Brew to open up near me. I have even gone there multiple times in the morning before work since they have opened but today when I went in, I watched us two other cars in the lane next to me come after me get their order taken before me. Then the lady went inside then a different lady came outside to take my order during that time. There was an employee from the inside who made her own drink was drinking. It was staring at me and pointed at me. I don’t know what she was staring at or what she was pointing at, but that was extremely disrespectful.

  This was the young lady that took my order and what commitment she has to this. She is out here not caring about how she appears or what she is wearing on her, she isn’t letting it stop her no matter what to giving me a “brewtastic” experience! Lol. She said her name was Lauren and she is in high school still, she is a perfect example of what a teenage girl should be doing. I had a wonderful time at 7 Brew and Lauren showing absolute dedication in her craft made me feel welcomed and secure in the drive through. The rain didn’t stop me from getting a drink and it definitely didn’t stop the best employee there is… Mrs. Lauren from battling the rain.

  Went yesterday. Ordered 2 drinks. I felt rushed when ordering and when paying, even tho the lines weren’t long at all, … maybe 5 cars. I got the Blondie and sweet and salty. My drinks were finished in less than 30 seconds after ordering?, for real we’re already sitting next to the window right after I ordered. I know it takes more than a few seconds to pull shots from an espresso machine. They were all sweaty on the outside of the cups, like condensation, watery, super milky and melted. Honestly didn’t even taste like coffee, just straight up watery milk. If my drinks were made fresh tasted like coffee and not melted that quickly, then awesome but that was not the case. I was excited for a new coffee place. But I’m so disappointed, tried to call the location but because everything is now AI and virtual, the recording says they don’t have a phone line… how does a business not have a phone line. Irritated that I Wasted my money, and couldn’t even contact them to let them know that I think my drinks were wrong?

  Placed an online order via the mobile app and was turned away by staff stating they aren’t doing walk-up orders today. They claimed safety but apparently safety is a pick and choose since they did walk-up orders fine the previous day. Not the only person not aware and an absolute miss on their part because they didn’t put out any information on it. Thus far, they have the worst overall experience of any coffee shop here. Their mobile app forces you to pay when you get there, the line is ridiculous and backs up traffic in an unsafe manner, and the service is slow as can be. For all the hype 7Brew is trash. Was open to trying it but the lack of decent service to match competitors is an automatic no. Better Buzz and Dutch are still the best there is. You want to win people over, then make an effort. Don’t have walk-up windows if you aren’t going to allow people to walk up.
