  Shame my rating was already a 1, I like sonic, but man the service is just awful. I've been trying to be less peevish, but they had me waiting over an hour for 2 drinks and some cheddar peppers. I ordered. Checked in, waited. 20 minutes go by, I'm like "Eh, it's busy and I just got off of work so I've got nowhere to be" another 10 minutes and everyone has left, there's just me and 2 other cars. Another 10 minutes and i'm like "Alright, must've made some kind of mistake somewhere, all good. I'll call em to let them know I've been waiting here 40 minutes past when the app said it should be ready" I call, talk to the guy, he says they'll get it right out. I wait 20 more minutes, I'm thirsty asf. I call again. The guy asks what I ordered, I explain I put it in on the app and I'm still checked in to stall #24 (told them this the first time as well) and he wants me to describe my order, so I tell him I got a r44 water, a rootbeer float and some cheddar peppers. Girl comes out, clearly doesn't know where stall 24 is because she passes it and gives me a r44 rootbeer. Fun fact: not what I ordered. At this point I just straight up show her the order on my phone and she goes back, and brings me my order. And it was still wrong because I had addons I paid extra for on one of my drinks, but at that point, forget it. Close enough.

  Still haven’t received my food after 45 minutes and counting. Let’s see how long it takes!! Why would they say it’s gonna take 6 minutes

  Horribly ran. We waited 40 minutes for our fast food. They kept getting the orders mixed up.

  They didn't have malts anymore, so got shakes. A little 😞 disappointed.
