Dane, the cashier, was polite at first, and I asked if I could spin the wheel after writing a review. He said yes, and I waited until the very end so I wouldn’t interrupt. After I got my food, I reminded him, and he let me spin. It landed on free breadsticks, but when I asked if he could make them, he gave off this vibe like he didn’t want to. I suggested a free soda instead, and he agreed, yet, he never asked if I wanted small or large sizes. He just gave me two small sodas, charged me for both, and tried to hide the receipt. I had to ask for it so I could see the extra charge. Honestly, I was just a respectful customer trying to have a fun, light experience, and he really ruined it. Super disappointing… definitely wouldn’t say it was a great visit.
