  Front counter guy greeted me nicely and pizza is very good.... it's really not complicated.

  I honestly don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review before… but tonight might have earned one. 😂 We ordered Papa John’s through the app a little after 7:00 PM. The app showed our order as “delivered,” so we headed to the door… except the driver was holding a small pizza with someone else’s name and address on it. The poor guy was incredibly kind and apologetic. He spoke very little English, but between my pointing at the app and him looking at the box, we figured out pretty quickly that our two large pizzas and drink had somehow turned into someone else’s dinner. He apologized several times and said he’d come back with our order. An hour later… still no pizza. So I called the store. The young man who answered was very polite, but when I explained what happened, he actually said this kind of thing happens often. 😳 I asked if there was anything they could do to make it right, and the only option was to remake the order and send it back out. At that point it had already been almost two hours since ordering, and the app had been telling us our food was “delivered” the whole time. That’s frustrating for any customer, and it seems like something that really needs to be looked into if DoorDash is handling deliveries. Update: At 9:45 PM our doorbell finally rang, and a different driver (the sweetest older gentleman) delivered our food. My only hope is that the tip still went to the first driver because none of this felt like it was his fault. He genuinely tried to make it right. We finally got our pizza, so we’re happy… but after waiting almost three hours for dinner, I do feel like Papa John’s should make this one right. I’ve always had good experiences before, so I’m hoping this was just a very unusual night.

  Got a glare from the young lady who looked like she wanted a tip, but I didn’t have my food delivered. I picked it up myself. More importantly, the cheese was not melted on my pizza The crust was barely cookedand my cheese sticks did not come with marinara sauce, which may be a new thing for the 4.99 cheese sticks, but that’s the first time I’ve ever experienced that from Papa John’s. I’ve been Washington or I just moved from. I never experienced these things. my visit was June 19, 2026 at about 10:30 AM.

  I placed an order on the app for pickup and thought I had scheduled it for a couple hours later, but the time didn’t save and my pizza was made right away. The employees at Papa John’s were absolutely awesome about it and said it was no problem at all. They offered to remake my pizza so it would be fresh and ready at the correct pickup time. Great customer service, super friendly staff, and they went above and beyond to make things right. Really appreciate the kindness and professionalism!

  Put in an online order for a certain time for an event. Arrived a hour early! Then the pizzas were the size of a medium in a large box, the slices were so small. We made a large order and were completely disappointed and dissatisfied.
