- JWjessica whitsonMay 11, 20261.0Went through the drive thru around 10:33am on May 11 and was handed the wrong food at the second window by a bald employee. When I realized it wasn’t my order and handing it back, instead of simply fixing the mistake, he rolled his eyes and said “why would you take it then?” in a rude tone and rolled his eyes I told him he didn’t need to be rude and he responded with “everyday” before slamming the window in my face. The interaction was so unnecessarily rude it genuinely made me cry afterward, and I’m not usually someone who complains or leaves reviews. I did call afterward and the manager I spoke to was kind and professional, which I appreciated.
