  Management was very rude. There was no one at the first window! Manager was very rude because I didn’t stay at first window when there was no one there!!! So we rude in a way that makes you feel like never coming back to this McDonald!!!

  I visited McDonald’s this morning and ordered the Big Breakfast with a hash brown. My total came to $11.99, and overall the experience started off well. My food was prepared and served in a timely manner, and everything tasted good. However, when I was at the counter, the employee who assisted me, Maria, handed me my breakfast. I asked if I could get some additional butter and syrup. She responded by saying that it was already in the bag and then immediately walked away. I waited for about a minute and a half, but the issue was not whether it was already included in the bag—I was simply asking if I could have a little extra. The food itself was good and the service was quick, but clearer communication and a moment to address a customer’s request would have made the experience better.
